This song came through during a very rough chapter of my life. The original version had the first verse written in the present tense. I later changed it to past tense to get myself out of the funk I was in. I'm so thankful to Irv and Bean at MindKontrol Productions for creating this instrumental for me, and giving it the title they did when they knew I was going through it. With You in Mind is dedicated to anyone who has or is moving through a rough chapter, when it seems like the hits just keep on coming. Keep your heart, give thanks, and stay in the light.
